ITM Building Centres have been voted number one for “customer experience” in a national survey conducted by Colmar Brunton. The survey, which featured on TV One’s Fair Go programme last month, had ITM as the leading hardware and home improvement brand with a net score of 49%. The Building and Construction Industry Training Organisation (BCITO) has claimed the top spot for educational performance in 2010, as scored by the Tertiary Education Commission’s (TEC) recently-released report on tertiary educators.
